Like doctors have practices, lawyers have practices to seek perfection. The Kulinary Project seeks perfection through culinary adventure. Our adventures include, Cooking Lessons (virtual or in person), Virtual Cooking Programs, Bartending Classes (virtual or in person), Private Chef Services, Catering, Hospitality Consulting Services, and Meal Prep.

The Kulinary Project is the one stop shop for everything hospitality. Here at The Kulinary Project we believe that influence through Kulinary Adventure is the way to the hearts and minds of the world. We believe that common ground is always found in the kitchen and at the dinner table. The Kulinary Project knows that food is the great equalizer. The Kulinary Project believes that we can change the hearts and minds of the world through food!

Meet Chef Khari R. Bell

Khari Bell has been a professional chef for the past 18 years, working as a personal chef for celebrities, professional athletes, and amazing families just like yours. He was driven to create Kooking Kids Academy so that he could spark the culinary passion of young people. He wants them to know that “food is an art and the plate is your canvas!”. He’s committed to giving them an outlet of expression that they never had access to before.

Khari R. Bell has been cooking since the age of 5, as he spent summers in Dallas with his grandmother in the kitchen learning everything she did. Other influences include his mother, father, and his aunt Dot. He actually went to college for communications, with a concentration in broadcast and journalism, attending the well known HBCU of Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his college years he worked in restaurants and fell further in love with the culinary arts. He started out as a busboy then became a server, bartender, manager, and ultimately the Executive Chef.

He later attended culinary school to perfect his skills in the kitchen.  Chef Bell continues to develop new and innovative techniques and has devoted his life to “influencing the hearts and minds of the world through his culinary adventures.”
